Japan – day 1 + 2
in Japan, Nikko! had sashimi (still not used to it), very nice yakitori, my favourite “fan tuan” and first time i find soba also can be very nice 
enjoying the nature here, the cool temperature

Itchy Leg
Watched Karate Kid … hahaha everytime i watch a kong fu movie it always makes my leg itchy
Seriously this should call kong fu kid, is not karate! any case..the tournament reminds me of my own tournament…
Can’t find any pics from my tkd time…only got some screen capture of a training came video when i was yellow belt
watching the movie…the reminds me of the time when my knee give way and i fell with deep pain during tournament, lying there holding my injuried knee…ouch!
Also reminds me another match where i fought in semi final and the opponent kicked my injuried knee (yes…when the rule is must kick above belt level =.=) with a back thrust and i have to spray the “pain killer” thingy …wipe my tears and continue to win the match to fight in final. haha but reality is not as beautiful as drama…lost my final. but well thats like one of the happiest time in my life to win a medal.
how memorable is those time when we all train together
sleep lor…all now are just memories…cannot kick anymore! hahaha the thirst to whack someone’s head cannot be satisfied by fencing nor other sports >.<
