Carfidant Showdown: Scratch Remover vs. Swirl Remover… Tested

We recently put the Carfidant Scratch Repair and Swirl Remover kit to the test, eager to see how it tackled both fine scratches and common swirl marks. The 8.4 fl. oz. kit includes a buffer pad and polishing/compound, offering a convenient all-in-one solution. The scratch remover worked surprisingly well on minor paint defects, blending seamlessly without leaving behind excessive residue. For swirl marks, the compound buffed out many fine imperfections with relative ease, though we did notice some initial haze that required a second pass. The included buffer pad felt comfortable in hand and glided smoothly across the surface. While the results were promising, we wish the kit came with more detailed application instructions. Overall, the Carfidant kit delivers a decent balance of effectiveness and affordability for occasional paint touch-ups.
